How To Pack Shoes Correctly?trendoneshoes
The packaging mode of the shoe industry is basically the same, all by these several structures to carry out packaging. Tote bag, but this is not all shoe factories do, tote bag is for the convenience of consumers to carry, the second is for beauty, brand publicity. Shoebox, the shoe in consumer hand basically USES shoebox to pack, but still have a part to do not have shoebox (for example the kind that farmer friend often wears below the field), the purpose that USES shoebox is to prevent inside product to be out of shape, 2 it is for integral beautiful, 3 it is for the product to facilitate transport, store, carry etc. Open shoe box, inside some shoe box has mould proof patch, the shoe is wrapped with a piece of paper or cover a non-woven cloth bag, the shoe has moisture-proof bag, deodorant bag, paper group, these things also have protective effect to the shoe. So what kind of protection do shoes need? I personally think there are the following days, anti – deformation, moistureproof, anti – mold, anti – fouling, anti – odor these days. Because any one of these would be a lot less valuable.
Here, based on my experience in the anti-mold and antibacterial industry, I would like to share with you how we can protect our products in footwear.
You can work on the material and workmanship of the shoe box, or you can change the paper ball inside the shoe.
Second, the moistureproof
The most common way is to put moistureproof (desiccant). There are many kinds of desiccant on the market. The shoe industry mainly has silica gel desiccant, activated carbon, clay, mineral desiccant, biochemical desiccant, anti-mildew and antibacterial package. The price of silica gel desiccant is relatively low, but the active hygroscopic, passive hygroscopic ability is poor, the saturation is not large, the size of moisture-proof space and the sealing effect is relatively large. Activated carbon, can play the role of moisture-proof and deodorization, moisture-proof ability is general, clay, mineral desiccant moisture-proof ability is 1.5 times of ordinary silica gel, the price is also relatively low. Biochemical desiccant is based on clay and mineral desiccant to increase the chemical principle, moisture-proof ability can be more than 2 times.
There are several ways shoes can be mildewed
1. Use desiccant.
2. Spray mildew repellent.
3. Apply mildew patches.
4. Wrap anti-mold wrapping paper.
5. Wear mould-proof fabric bags.
The desiccant is greatly influenced by time and environment and has the lowest anti-mildew ability among the above methods. Spray mildewproof agent, mildewproof effect is good, but sometimes because spray is not uniform, not dry on the packaging and other standard operation, appear mildewproof ability is not ideal. The effect of sticking anti-mildew tablets is also obvious, but affected by the storage space, it is effective in a relatively airtight space, and the poor airtightness is basically invalid. Mildewproof wrapping paper is to replace the original package of paper with mildewproof ability of paper, its mildewproof effect and spray mildewproof agent basically the same, will not appear for dry into the box phenomenon. Anti-mildew non-woven bag is to change the packaging paper into non-woven bag, its anti-mildew effect and function is similar to the wrapping paper.
A dirty pair of white shoes not only affects the appearance, but also reduces the value, which is a loss to the shoe factory. Anti-pollution methods can be as follows:
One is material processing, which costs a lot.
The 2nd it is to spray waterproof agent on the shoe, can prevent the besmirch that causes because of air condensation;
The third is wrapped paper, the fourth is a set of non-woven bags.
Five, the deodorization
The causes of the smell are: 1. The material of the shoes and the dye, glue, rubber and so on.2. Bad gas and odor generated during the growth of microorganisms.3. The special taste of individual anti-mold patches. Anti – odor can be activated carbon, anti – mold anti – bacterial package, spray deodorant, deodorant and so on.
